AGA Institute Program Naming Opportunities

Below is a list of AGA Institute activities that can be named for the donation amounts indicated. Individuals interested in receiving name recognition for a listed AGA Institute program can do so by contributing a new, unrestricted gift totaling the amount listed to the AGA Research Foundation. The gift can be payable over five years.

Donors, who make new gifts at these levels, are invited to become AGA Legacy Society members and receive Legacy Society member benefits.

Naming rights are limited to 20 years unless otherwise noted. A 10 percent program fee will be added to the donation amount for all donor named program opportunities. These naming opportunities allow for donor recognition through the renaming of existing AGA Institute programs. Donations in support of these named programs will go directly to the AGA Research Foundation research endowment. The donor’s contribution will be placed in the AGA Research Foundation endowment to support research awards and the annual investment return will go to support the desired program. Additional monetary support for the program will be provided through the AGA Institute operating budget.

Individual donors and their naming rights do not exclude the program from seeking sponsorships or other external funding from corporations or foundations.

Endowed opportunities are also available. Endowment gifts will go into the AGA Research Foundation research endowment. The endowment is designed so that the program is fully supported by the investment returns. A one percent administrative fee will be added to all endowed programs. Depending on the nature of the endowment, there may be an additional program fee.
